It records in 2 speeds (EP, SP) and plays tapes recorded in the standard 3 (EP, LP, and SP). It even has a special rental-play mode for improving the image quality from old or worn tapes.
A daily timer will record daily broadcasts, and the weekly timer allows recordings to be made once a week up to the end of the tape. With auto return the TV/VCR can return to the beginning of the timed recording after it's done, making it easy for you to turn on the set and start watching your program. A wake up/sleep timer allows the TV/VCR to automatically turn on or off at a desired time, while timer program extension lets you to shift the time schedule for automatic timer recording.
